He has been instrumental in promoting a diversified conglomerate encompassing large-scale businesses with a presence in 18 countries with a strong leadership team over the past few decades. Sunil is known in the industry for his business acumen and strong orientation towards contributing to the lives of people and communities.

Haresh Vaswani

Vice Chairman

Haresh has laid the foundation for the group’s corporate philosophy with an emphasis on customer satisfaction

marketing and excellence in business operations. Soon after an MBA from Aston University in UK he joined the group’s automotive industry in 1993 which today holds an impressive array of 18 automobile distributorship.

Mahesh Vaswani

Group Managing Director

Mahesh is the Managing Director of Stallion Group and joined the conglomerate after completing his

B.Sc. (Economics) from the UK and MBA from London School of Economics, he has developed a broad range of experience within the diversified business lines and provides pro active management expertise at the global level across various management functions.

Sahil Vaswani

Group Executive Director

Sahil is the co-founder and CEO of Stallion Empowerment Initiative, the philanthropic arm of the group

which is dedicated to improving education, health care and youth empowerment in the communities in West Africa. Partly raised in Nigeria, Sahil came up-close with the socio economic disparity in the region and realized the importance of education which stemmed his desire to start the foundation. Sahil obtained his Bachelor's degree in Science, Politics & Economics from the School of Oriental and African Studies from the UK and came back to Nigeria to start an FMCG company that focusses on agric based business encouraging domestic produce and consumption.

Samar Sapre

CFO

Samar is the Group CFO and is an astute finance professional with versatile Global experience. He brings

to the group a rich 30 year long experience in international fund raise, stringent financial planning & risk mitigation from diversified sectors. He is a Chartered Accountant & a Law graduate.

Deven Kutmutia

Head – Taxation & Compliance

Mr. Deven is the Group Director with a highly Motivated, Results driven and Resourceful Professional

with a proven ability to develop and strengthen management team in order to maximize company profitability and efficiency. Experienced, leading and growing all sectors of a business to make it a dynamic and progressive organization.

ALHAJI OLALERE TAJUDEEN

Director - Administration

A self-motivated Director of Administration, who possess ability to effectively manage both human and material resources

from over three decades of vast experience and combined expertise in Human Resources Management, recruitment, corporate and employment laws. A creative thinker, problem solver and decision maker who effortlessly balances the needs of employees with the short and long time goals, aims and objectives of the Group.

Managing Director

Mr. A.K.Das, a qualified Technologist ( B.Tech. from Calcutta University ) in the field of Textiles and Agriculture,

holds a vast experience on Projects & developments, execution in the industrials sector.He is associated with Premier Polypack Ltd,Lagos and a Managing Director of the company since inception. Mr. Das, has an exposure working in Nigeria over 30 years in senior management level and is a front runner on innovation, explore and execution.

Amit Kumar Rai

Managing Director - PFML

Mr. Amit Kumar Rai is a qualified Professional with over 30 years of rich experience in Pre & Post Harvest

He has rich experience in supply chain management of agro commodities, commercial farming & agriculture extensions/ sourcing & procurement, rice milling, brand management and agri business development. Amit brings strong business acumen with an ability to analyze and balance the supply and demand dynamics with risk assessment & operational excellence, for a wide range of the agricultural commodities, on backward integration and commercial arrangements.
